16th Student Conference on Computer Science – Report

The 16th Student Conference on Computer Science that took place from 2 to 5 April at the Science Center and Technology Museum – NOESIS was completed with great success.

Once again the number of entries was impressive. The Conference was attended by more than 2000 students and 260 supervising teachers of 108 schools from all over Greece, as well as students from the South of France. The event was supported by a large number of partners from the Regional Directorate of Primary & Secondary Education of Central Macedonia and 38 Education Consultants, who had a significant contribution to the success of the event.

Pupils from 108 School Units of all types (Special, Intercultural, Musical, Professional, Standard, Experimental, etc.) presented 164 projects – projects. Numerous applications, mobile apps, websites, robotic devices, smart devices, digital forms, student blogs, digital games, research papers, were presented at the conference center and theme parks of the event. Both in the conference area and in the exhibition area there were parallel live broadcasts from Live Youtube Channels.
