Gender Equality Committee – The presentation of GEP to the staff

On 20th April 2023, during a modest but particularly meaningful event, the Gender Equality Committee addressed GEP to the staff.

The President of NOESIS, Mrs. Stella Bezergianni addressed the event. Prof. Dimitra Kogidou in the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and coordinator of the University Gender Equality Committees Network was a guest speaker. Mrs. Kogidou talked about the importance of GEPs in relation to gender inclusiveness and equality within organizations.

During the presentation, the need for continuous training of the staff with actions addressing issues such as the adoption and use of gender inclusive language and the creation of  a personal and professional culture was underlined in the direction of gender inclusion throughout the spectrum of NOESIS’ activities.
